Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

  • Unboxing video and invoice photo are mandatory as proof for processing refunds.

Valid Reasons for Returns & Refunds

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

  • Any technical issues with the product (must be verified by our team).

Refund Process

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via Paytm, UPI, or Bank Transfer (Bank Account Number + IFSC Code + Bank Name required).
